Chef Deidre Santos has over 10 years of culinary experience.
In June 2001 she received a Certificate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY
In March 2009 she graduated from the French Culinary Institute, NYC
She received her ServSafe Certificate in September of 2009
Dinners by Deidre only uses the freshest local ingredients to make her delicious high end restaurant style dishes.

Three Weeks until Valentine’s Day!!
This Valentine’s Day, Enjoy a three course gourmet dinner, prepared by your own private chef for the occasion, on site and served to you at your beautifully set up table. We will take care of everything. After you select your menu, date and time, we take it from there. We come to your home set up your table décor with flowers, candles, a commemorative framed menu of your menu, etc. While you wait for the first course of your exquisite, 5-star, 3-course gourmet meal, you will be served complimentary glasses of champagne with a strawberry. Your personal server will introduce each course as it is served. After dinner, we'’ll clean up, leaving your kitchen spotless and leaving you the rest of your evening to enjoy!
